Normal beach run again this morning and what a nice sunny morning it was. In fact I got so worn out I thought I would have a sit down  opposite the beach and admire the wild flowers. Just a bit further along the farmer was ploughing his field, this field had already been planted......guess I had better not run through it then!

Watch the F1

Now I seemed to have missed out this morning with the walk on the beach! The "Guv" was still up and about early, but after breakfast he sat back down to watch the "box with people inside it".  Guess there was no option but to watch the qualifying rounds for the Chinese Grand Prix with him.......

This morning I had to be very careful on my beach walk with the "guv" as whilst the day was quite warm the waves were really rolling in and making quite a noise. You all now know I steer well clear of water !  Now the "governor" was walking rather close to the waters edge I thought, serve him right if he gets wet................
