F1 Dog (or something like that)

You know how the Guv and me like cars, well today was a real treat as we went to the museum at the Le Mans 24 hour circuit. There was only one major problem for me, they would not let me in!
I tried telling them that I'm a real F1 dog, (I know I am because the Guv often calls me something of an F Dog), but they were having any of it........Guess I'll have to be contented looking at the Guvs photos.

I'm on guard.......

Well this camping lark seems to get better and better.  After three days at Creully and after meeting some of the Guvs friends who were holiday nearby we have moved off to a place near Le Mans. This time I get my my own tent as well !  Mind you I have to work for my keep, the Misses says its OK to bark at all the kids that come within 100 yards of us !!!!!!

I can do this as well........

The famous dog "Nipper" on the label of His Master Voice records is not the only canine that likes listening to "Bach"....or is that "Bark?"

Back to rain again......

Another wet walk this morning over the Welsh hills, its a good job my people bought me this raincoat. However I can still make a mess in my house it I get my feet muddy and get in before the Guv can wipe me down !!!
Guess I could be in for wellingtons next

Just where am I ?

Now every morning me and the Guv go out onto the Welsh hills for our early morning walk. However I am now very confused, why are these called Scottish thistles if they grow in Wales ?

Limited access

If you are one of my regular readers you will know my blogs have been rather spasmodic over the recent weeks.  Well this is because over here in the UK I can only get limited access to my computer. This is because the Guv and the Misses keep hogging the laptop !
However currently they have gone out and left me alone, so I am making the most of it, getting comfy on their bed (don't tell though!) and catching up on the news.

Just one more week in the UK and I'm off on a grand tour of mainland Europe and back to my homeland, Greece.

Cymru Am Byth

Well it looks like summer has actually arrived in Wales at last !  The Guv put away his raincoat and actually got his T-shirts out, and me...well being a fair maiden I thought I had better protect my delicate blond hair with a hat......
I have had quite a lot of adventures over the last few days being taken out in the tin box on wheels with a dogs name, meeting several friends of the Guvs & the Misses and being allowed into their homes for a good sniff about.
However I think tomorrow I'm in for it!  I hear we are going to the dog doctors.......

Down Rover.....

Last Friday I heard my people saying they were off out for dinner with quite a lot of friends in Hereford and the "Misses" said she was taking Rover!  Now I thought how dare they take another dog instead of me......but I was got ready to go as well, and no sign of any other canines anywhere.  Then all was made clear "Rover" was another of the Guv's tin boxes on wheels.  Stupid name any way............

Mountain dog ?

Some of you will know that in Greece canines like me are used as hunting dogs, and I thought when the Guv bought me my "barbour" that matched his we would be going off hunting.  WRONG, this mountain walk thing we go on very morning seems to have made him into a "mountain-man!" So much so he sold the blue tin box on wheels and bought this one.  He told the "Misses" that it was better as it was a four wheel drive, but he did not fool me, I knew the other had four wheels also. Had to keep watch on those pesky woollen bags with legs though, they keep creeping up on me!

I got "fitted up" !

Panic, panic did I panic....YES.  I heard my people say something about me and "barbers". Now when I go out on my morning walk across the downs I can see some of the woollen sacks on four legs have been to the barbers and lost their nice warm coats. Its no wonder with the weather here they wander about shouting "brrrr...brrrr, as well as barr...barr.
However I think I misunderstood, (odd this English language) as I did not get my coat shorn but we ended up going to the doggy shop and I got a nice warm, waterproof BARBOUR.
