Message from "The Guv"

To update you all on Rosie's condition, she has an infection, high temperature, anemia plus her liver and kidneys are compromised. Rosie is now 14 years old. Fortunately a strong dog who has really not been ill in the 12 years+ she has been with us. It is only the last few days she has shown any sign of illness becoming a bit lethargic and after a fall on Friday did not eat her food nor did she want to get out of bed.
Currently she is on a drip and being given antibiotics etc. We hope for the best and believe her strength will pull her through this issue.

This is Daisy......
Hello, Daisy here....
I have to tell all Rosie blog readers that Rosie last night had a bit of an accident and fell downstairs. The last few days she has not been well but after the fall clearly she has got worse with breathing difficulties and this morning did not want to eat or get out of her basket.
My people have taken her to the dog doctor and after examination and several blood test they have kept her in the dog hospital. She is having fluid infusions and my people have to go back on Monday to see how she reacts to treatment that will be given over the weekend.
Please wish Rosie gets well quick...................

River walk
Well I thought for a change I would get the Guv to take a quick movie of our morning walk this morning. The only thing is I'm missing! I do see though Daisy got in the picture......

What's cooking
Lots of good smells in the human food room this morning.
The missus has been cooking a load of kidney, heart, liver and beef for us. That means good breakfasts for Daisy and me, mind you even I could not eat all that in one go!

It's my birthday
It's my 14th birthday today !
Not too sure I like this old age thing as in human years this would make me 98 years old.
